Welcome to Wyoming Family Medicine, P.C.
We are committed to providing quality health care to infants, children and adults of all ages. Our goal is to help each of our patients to achieve their full potential as a healthy well-adjusted child or adult. With the principles of Patient Centered Medical Home, we partner with our patients to focus on what is important and valuable to their health and wellness. We want to be your first point of contact as it relates to your health!
Wyoming Family Medicine has been serving this community since 1981. It was first established by Dr. Peter Lundeen. He was joined by Dr. Elizabeth Boessenkool in 1988 and Dr. Winifred Eshragh in 1992. In 2000 Timothy Pipe, Physician Assistant, joined the practice and in 2001, Dr. Elizabeth Brouwer joined Wyoming Family Medicine. Dr. Lundeen left our practice in 2005 to pursue an administrative opportunity in medicine.
As part of our pursuit of excellence in medicine and our commitment to our local community, we maintain membership in the following organizations: Michigan State Medical Society, Kent County Medical Society, Physician Organization of West Michigan, West Michigan Physician Network, and Wyoming-Kentwood Chamber of Commerce. In addition, our health care providers are board-certified in their respective organizations and maintain active participation in and continuing medical education from these organizations.
Wyoming Family Medicine is proud to be the recipient of the Governor's Award of Excellence for 2007, the Priority Health Quality Award for Outstanding Health Care Value in 2008 and 2009, and the Priority Health Quality Award for Exceptional Patient Care in 2009, 2010, and 2011. We have been designated a Patient Centered Medical Home by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan in 2009, 2010, 2011, and 2012.
